1. Windows OS -Microsoft Project - this software package has all tools required for managing a project and mainly it can auto produce gant chart. We can use microsoft excel too but requires a lot of knowhow in excel.

2. Mac OS -
You could use OmniPlan to produce GANTT Charts.

3. Based on cloud computing
The best to my knowledge is Project Online for O365 by microsoft - It is completly online (can be used with offline project package too) - it works based on collaboration too. Gantt charts are present. We can use EXcel online too (office 365)
