If someone asked you how to design the ideal system to care for the needs of aging adults, what would you tell them are the essential elements they need to include?

Adult day care is on verge of growth as the people are busy and chasing towards their own goal, which is not wrong, but our culture suggests to take care of the adults at the utmost level as they have taken care of ours at the childhood. But today's adult cares is nothing but like a hospital where the adults are treated as any other patient, the needs of the Adults are overlooked and the level of care is just limited to daily chores and medicines.

What adults need is utmost care and love and distinguished plans as all adults might not have same needs as others. Firstly there should be a system which should look after the adults as of they are their own relatives/parents, where they are protected from the social evils, which they are vulnerable to. The government should devise a plan where good quality adult care facilities could be built and run, where the adults could fit in, it should be well financed so that the non-dependent adult, could afford to live in there, compared to expensive adult care facilites which are mostly private run. each Adult care homes should diagnose the needs of a particular adult and take care of him according to a personalized plan, which would suit their needs. Lastly, the most important point, Adults are like small children, who are in need of love and care, the caregivers employed should treat them with the utmost care, a recreational plan is to be developed for them, which would keep them engaged in daily routine. Lastly, a proper healthcare system should be initiated, which would be government run to provide top-notch facilities to the Adults.
