Then a new window opens that says “Why can’t you sign in?”

It displays three options. In those, select the option that says “I forgot my password” and click on next button.

Then a new window opens that says “Recover your account”. In that enter your email and enter the captcha code and click on next button.

You need to specify the verification method. If a phone number is given as verification method, then one time verification code will be sent to your phone number.

Enter the one time verification code in the space provided and click on next button.

Then a new window opens where you can enter your new password. Choose a strong password and follow the rules of a password.
