You need to write an essay - " I, enterprising manager". The maximum length of the essay is three pages and it should give an overview of your management principles and why those principles are important for you. You need to explain why exactly those principles are important for you and in management.
The assessment criteria are:
1. argumentation ability - principles are argued, explained and connected to the general management school(s)
2. principles are logically connected and explained through original idea/original authors of those principles
The main idea of the essay is to help the student to create/form your own management principles and help you to think-through your management abilities and aims.

I enterprising manager - As per Sir Henry Feyol's manager has to perform number of task, this all task can be grouped in six categories. Forecasting, Planing, Organizing, Commanding, Coordinating and Control. To run enterprise without help of any other person will be simply domestic task. For commercialization purpose firm has to workout at large scale & accordingly mass production and all its requirement get forecast, plan, & develop project . A single project is composed of four part & team under planing & establishment section get engage in that task.
To accomplish task within period of span Sir Henri Foyal in his book general and industrial management enlist 14 principals -Division of work, Authority and responsibility, Discipline,Unity of Command, Unity of direction, Subordination from individual interest to mutual interest, Remuneration, The degree of centralization, Line of authority scaler chain,Order, equity, Stability tenure of person, initiative, Team sprit,- Thus all these principal get easily observed.
Importance of these principle can be Summers in accordance with -
1. Argumentation ability- its simply view the principals from negative attitude, that what if there is no division of work to explain this ," as success has may father but for failure none ", no one found ready to accept and shoulder responsibility of failure. Hence division of work result in to fixing responsibility to particular team or team leader. Thus non fixing the responsibility develop loops hole for forgives & escape from punishment or disciplinary action . Hence division of work is extremely important which minimize the dispute at earlier stages.
2 principals are logically connected- As logically two plus two result in to four is mathematical logic. Buts its meaningless in management until its accompanied by specific unit . Proper units define size and scope, similarly with the principals , if these principal are learn without field experience in that case, it will helpful to urn marks from university examination. But in actual field these principle are complex in nature. And person who hold the business vision never underestimate its importance. Though it seems to be logical but doesn't matter, it dsenot minimize its importance. These principal are elements of business functions, while performing any strategic plan violation of these guideline result in mismanagement.
To cater own principal for business purpose it require proper understanding demand and management of available resources.
As student & as his business is to complete study syllabus before the examination, in that case he must critically analysis swot for self, after swot analysis he can get clear vision about
what are strong point that are available resources viz time & its management utilization ,
what are weakness that is understanding capacity, can develop by group discussion ,
whats are opportunity wether is it possible to ply sport
what are threats associate that is what if he fail to earn merit score.
These all question are influenced by as two factor one is fear and second is favor conscious. By applying Henri Feyol's 14 principal these all fears can turns in to favorable elements. and new policy for study purpose can develop.
