Forbes has selected Salesforce.com as one of the top technology innovation companies. The company provides enterprise-wide cloud computing applications.It gives customer and collaboration relationship management services to small and large businesses. It also provides a platform for customers and developers to build and run applications. These applications are easy-to-use and can be deployed very fast. This appliaction can also be integrated with other software apps.
Salesforce keeps customers happy by brainstorming for tools that eases a customer’s life. Thereafter, they grow to big projects. For example, the ‘Today’ application is a scheduler and is meant to be used by sales people. The application was concieved during an offsite in Carmel-by-the-Sea hosted by sales cloud chief Le inda Crawford.
