Explanation / Answer
As the Legal Advisor of Five Star Production it can be easily determined that Tina has breached contract with my client and she has to abide by the clause of the contract and also the guidelines that the contract possess. Tina, a famous singer signed a contract with my client Five Star Production stating that for the next 24 months she will exclusively sing for my client. Meanwhile we observe a breach of conduct because it has been brought to our notice that Tina is singing for one of the other production companies named Laluna Production. It is very much clear that there is a breach of conduct and that is done from Tina's side and being the legal advisor I am filing a show cause notice against her with reference to the breach by her. As the injured party in the contract, my client Five Star Production can claim either damage or restitution and Five Star Production will have a no tolerance attitude because breach of conduct is considered as a serious issue and Five Star Production will not let go an opportunity to set an example regarding this. If Five Star Production is claiming damage, then the amount of damage will include the loss that Five Star Production has suffered due to Tina. There will be more than one aspect of the compensation which will include the compensation damage, the damages specified in case of such an issue, damages will be claimed for offensive behavior because Tina did not inform about her new contract with Laluna Production and my client got to know from a different source, the advocate or attorney's fee also has to be paid by Tina because it is because of her Five Star Production has to file a lawsuit. If Five Star Production claims restitution, then Tina will not have go through the payment of paying the damages instead she can just join back Five Star Production and abide by the contract signed by her. She has to be exclusively singing for Five Star Production, hence she has to end her contract with Laluna Production and submit proper proof regarding her contract termination.
