2. The Main drawback of ERP system is setup cost is high and also need to be maintained by the it people.

The new proposed system will greatly improve the patient services in a way that inpatient and outpatient services will be fast as there is no manual work and also at care centre medical shop they can easily identify what medicine's are out of stock without waiting and also they can get old clinical reports easily from the care centre staff as they will directly retrieve and print from the system.
