The left side consists of seven internal links which will go to different section on the right side of the table. In this exercise, the right side consists of the description of various departments. Just highlight the part you want your cursor in and create bookmarks. Then goto hyperlink and connect the texts. Like i hyperlinked the 'Physics' text of main menu with the 'PHYSICS" in the right side. Just use the bookmarks.
