the store wants to upgrade four of the computers and use them to process client orders. The initial study done by the management reveals
that the computers will perform the following tasks: Run an order-processing application that requires a multiprocessing operating system.
The application will take orders from customers over the Internet, process the orders, and create invoices. Communicate with customers
using e-mail to resolve customer queries. Store customer data on the local computer. The store will use this data to promote new products.
The department store needs you to upgrade the four computers. Find the necessary equipment from online vendors to upgrade the
computers. Report needs to be as a 5- to 7-page MS Word document. Your report will include a listing of what features need to be
upgraded or added and your justification, an estimated cost report for the upgrades as well as a list of hardware/software needed. These
can include external peripheral devices. Make sure to include the list of vendors that you used as references and that your report reflects

Among all the computers four of them are upgraded as per the management decision.

High end configuration systems are needed for these requirements. upgrading may make financial sense. However, if the cost of upgrading a computer or other device is more than half the cost of a new model, the latter option might make better financial sense in the long run.
A processor which is used for fast processing for instructions preferred core i5 and above.
A ram is preferable for 16 GB. Hard drive for the system is min 1 TB.
The above are useful for customer order processing. It is run on windows OS. Which is creating friendly atmosphere to the customer.
So the customer is free to use and easily findout the requirement form the store and added it to the cart.
Email support system requires I5 processor and 8GB ram it is run on Linux platform because it reauires sufficient permissions so Linux is best.
For the customer invoice and payment it requires batch processing and parallel processing system so it requires high end server and processor a processor has capability to process minimum of 5000 ins . then it is perfectly work on the given system.
Also to maiantain the database for the customer it requires a GUI because user or customer need to enter the data into the application and save in our database .
The customer data is used later to promote our goods or offers.
To perform the required tasks systems are scalable if the customer floating is high the systems may got damaged. So the capacity of the processing is high for the data base storeage and invoce for the cart.
When the processor speed is relatively high it processed the data or instructions fastly and generate the response ontime.
To save the customer data better to maintain separate server for the databse in another system and it requires hugh speed processo on linux system.
