Explanation / Answer

Firstly I want to thanks for this interesting question.

Now I would like to tell you that in any organisation people works for their growth as they can able to get their things which they want in their life so to achieve this they have to enhance their thinking ,their working style and many more. In any organisation forecasting should be made by their superiors as their sub-ordinates can able to work in that manner only .I would like to say that organisation should enhance their working structure time to time as the work can be able to enhanced by itself. Now I would like to tell some of the points which may results in innovation of any organisation from inside and from outside.

01:-Firstly I want to tell you that there should be positive environment in any organisation so that people can able to share their ideas with their managers or their superiors .This can be able to boost their confidence as they come up with innovative ideas for company growth.

02:-Secondly people should be rewarded on the basis of their work as this gives them the confidence as they can able to get the reorganisation in their entire organisation and they can able to work in a good manner. This can also help in maintaining their organisation growth by giving their employees value.

03:-Thirdly ,the organisation should remain focussed on the forecasting of their work as this helps in giving the data from which they can able to get profits as they work according to the plans which they have made. As we know that the company growth depends on their ideas and their programs which they have made for their employees.

04:-Fourthly the superiors of the organisation should always in a habit to check all their employees in a correct manner as they can able to know that whether they are doing their work in a proper manner or not .with the help they can able to correct the wrong work procedure into a right work procedure and the sub-ordinates can able to gain some good knowledge about their work as they can able to work in a good in future prospective.

So, these are some points which can give any organisation a good result with their innovative ideas and they can able to improve innovation in their organisation as they can give success to their organisation and give success to their personal life too.
