This is a software testing techniques class so I need to do the following below using a real or fictitous software project.

Dear ABC(Projet lead),

As we are working on the project 'Asset Management' ( modules--register new asset, tag asset to particular location, move asset to another loc, delete asset). Testing process of this project using manual entry of every possible input values is becoming very cumbersome and time-consuming due to large number of fields related to asset. So I want to add new feature of 'automatic assigning all possible input values' to all the required or mandatory fields in the 'REGISTER ASSET' module of the project, so that testing process takes less time. It would make the software testing process of the project more automatic and easy, which is the need of every organization. Thus improving the quality of the software, which becomes error free. Looking forward towards your positive reply.
