The password should include guidelines to 1) Select a password, the password should be of definite length usually 6-8 letters long is fine and it should be a strong password having combination of capital letters small letters numbers and special characters. 2) Maintain password, the password should be changes time to time and there should be automatic system implemented to set expiry date of current password and generate automated mail to change the password.3) Secure the password, there should be activities, courses to educate employees about how to keep password secure which will include not to share the password with anyone or write it on any piece of paper etc. which is publically accessible.
