and I have these choices

Hazard and risk analysis, including risk assessment and level of criticality.
Failure analysis using one or more techniques (FTA, FMEA, HAZOP, ETA, CCA, CCFA, MA, PNA).
Hazard and risk mitigation, including proposed design strategies and safety measures.

so, because I do not have enough information about these topics, Which one will be easy to do it in 20 days for 10 pages.Moreover, which one have enough info.

i would suggest you to work on the topic Manufacturing Software-Defined Networking Model because you should have the knowledge od two main topics
1. Software Developement Life cycle
2. Networking basis line Client - server architecture
you just need to understand the basics of client -server Architecture and how TCP works for file transfe and after that you should know and also to follw the Software Developement Life cycle to complete your project within required tine. So buddy .... take option and work for this
