To setup a ecommerce sports business we need to identify the requirements for the business first. Below are the requirements for the business.
First we need to create a good website for the business. That website must be effective in design and simple to see and use. If required need to create a mobile application with similar design and apperance for the customers.
The second and most important requirement is to maintain one database which connects to the website and application to store the information.
Also front end application is required for the website owners need to maintain and update the information of products etc like this. For example if need to update the products information like that any by simply entering in that application makes changes in the website content.
The other requirement is to get the branded vendors, so that we can list the vendors names, it will be effective when the customers see those brand names and creates positive impression.
Then need to get some trusted known customers like one organisation or good sports school , so that customers can purchase trustedly by seeing those permanent customers names.
Then we must maintain one column for service requests or supports all the time for the customers in the website itself. So that customers can feel good.
Then delivery need to fast and safe to the customers who ordered the products.
