1) The company is promoting the corparate social responsibilty in a very good way. From the products they sell to their brand name. It is written in the manuals as well inside the devices on how to dispose the devices so that they may not harm the environment. They devices by this company are made in such a way that do not affect the health of the individuals that much as the other devices do.

2) Strengths:

The strength of this company includes the "quality" which they provide. People are just crazy for the looks and the style that "APPLE" products provide to them. They do not care of the overall cost as the brank knows what the customer wants is status and quality, which they never compromise with.

Opportunities:

Apple has various opprtunities in the coming market. With the current demands of the apple products, they may also launch some other Apple compatible products like Virtual Reality Devices etc in the market. Having launched that, may also increase the overall sales of the brand.

Weknesses:

Though I have not found much of the weaknesses, but the only weak point found in this is the data sharing problem with the other devices. The devices running on the IOS are good to share data with, but it becomes little tricky sometimes to share your data with other OS compatible devices like Android, Windows etc.

Threats:

Threats are very much seen in the market. With the launch of some smartphones & other devices at very lower prices with almost best features may lead to reduce in the sales of the company's product.

3) The recommendation to the company is just to try and reduce the proces little bit, most of the people don't go for APPLE products just because they are very costly. Little reduction in the prices may lead to fill that marginal gap in between the customers and the company.

4) Yes, the recommendation is definitely on improving the threats as the prices are reduced even little bit, APPLE can be the leader in every type of Budget, from the very premium high quality MacBooks to the Latest Smartphones.

5) This information is defintely gonna help me in future, as I have studied various marketing skills in this. How branding is done, how standards are set. Everything is importnant in life at some sort of time. No one knows, when these skills can enhance someone's life.

6) The lesson learnt from this is that being a brand and standard, always stick to your basics and plans, move with the demands of the generation, try and satisy customer needs, never ever get scared of your of coompetitors as being confident will always give you some positive.
