Here our project is to develop a customized asset management tool. The project goals include following things:
i) Its should tell us about the basis properties of the hardware.
ii) Tells us about the limitations of the hardware.
iii) Tells us about the maintenance durations as well as alert us when maintenance is required.
iv) Project should also asses the functionality and performance of the hardware.

We included the above requirements or goals because of following reasons:
i) So we can predict the time when the hardware replacement or the hardware exchange is required.
ii) So that we can early perdict the performance of the hardware and the pattern in which our hardware is working.
iii) Also can predict the timing when the maintenance of hardware is required.

Developer and I will make this tool easy to use and adaptable to future needs why adding following functionalies in the tool.
1) User interface of tool will be easy to understand and easy to deal with.
2) Limited functinalities should be added in the tool, to make it is to use.
