Due to commercialization & modern thinking, day by day medical practice becoming complex , During earlier days this business was base on ethicals but nut it become commercial trade instate of ethical one. Due to different innovation, different technology are develop which require update knowledge. As technology is boon if get properly use, and its result in worst if not get properly use.

Amount of information that people working for this profession is expected to know, how to handle situation, as customer in this type is come with certain problems, this problem associate with health, which may be physical or mental.

1.According to seriousness of problem, patient must refer to competent person instate of doing any experiment.

2.Pesrson who is competent to handle patient, he must know pros and con about the treatments before advising

3. Before starting any treatment he must obtain concent form patient or from relative behalf patient.

4. people in clinic must follow ethical & behavior .

Use of technology in educate & update - employee engage in rendering medical practice need continues update there knowledge.
