incident response management is organized in such a way that to overcome the potential malware,attacks,and another best scenario is denial of survive.there will be a special team to conduct the incident response management in addition to the IT employees.
there are six key factors:
preparation:the team make the IT employees to know the information regarding the security and its importance and what are the effects of security attacks, what are the problems we have to face if security is not provided.
identification: it try to identify the problem and the root cause of it.
spread:how far the problem is spread in the entire project to what extent it causes its effects
elimination:the team will analyze how to eliminate the security attack. what are the methods that recquire to eliminate the problem.
recovery:how to get the things back to a sage mode that is the data in a safe mode which is recquired for the project.
future plan: the team analyzes the things what happen and finally get the things done and suggests the people in IT sector to follow same suggestions in order to secure the data in future.
