Primary sector are sector where manual operation is predominant at local level. for example agriculture, fishing, mine etc. here production occur as natural process. People are engage in nutriment & development, here product available are difficult to store & tranport.earnings seems to be limited as season affects to earnings of labor.

Social enterprise- enterprise which is social welfare oriented & human at centered. It may be charity base non profits, or profit making. Most of organization engage themselves in, woman empowerment, child care, orphanages, adds to education , health related issue viz decide eradication program, environment pollutions control, micro financing etc.

Thus social enterprise engage in task to provide regular wages and address the health issue for community who are care less due to inadequate eduction & awareness. Also it helps to check migration, migration from one location to urban ares. By providing them opportunity for there lively hood at local level.

Ridely-duff's Duff explanation may be true as non social institution take's human services as raw input & profit earnings , where as humanity and social development is there second priority and first priority of non social institution is to earn profit and money. And difference in vision develops the economic diversities in society. when such diversity get eliminated from institutional level then there will be real social up gradation in sander of society.
