Henry Ford Health System is a non-profit organization situated in Michigan. It is one of the leading health systems in that country. It provides health care as well as health insurance facilities. One of the goals of this corporation is to improve health care among the people. It aims at providing excellent health care facilities and improves the human life.

It aims at addressing issues related to social, economic as well as demographic areas which are in a way affects the health of the living society. This organization includes clinics, nursing homes, pharmacies, hospitals, health care centers, institutes, community health programs, housing programs,etc with an aim to provide the basic facilities, health care facilities and needs of the society. In a nutshell, we can say it works for the betterment of the society.

It aims at providing health care services to the people who are at or below the poverty line such as poor, people who cannot afford excellent health care services, people who are uninsured, minority people. It provides a wide range of services at numerous geographic locations throughout the country.

Social entrepreneurship within the non-profit organizations makes them get familier with the term, social responsibility. Social responsibility begins where the law ends. A firm is not being socially responsible if it only complies with the bottom requirements of law because this is what any good citizen would do. Social responsibility goes one step further. Henry Ford Health System has significant influence on the social system. The organization responds to society's needs. The health care community aims at providing health care services to the people who cannot afford excellent health care services. They organize special programs for social welfare. It is socially responsible by bringing scholar programs as well. Basically, they are concerned for the welfare of the society.

The history of global organizations coincides with the rise of globalization. Global organizations are businesses that have operations in more than one country. Such organizations have a powerful influence in international relations and local economies. Association of non-profit organizations with these global organizations opens doors to many golden opprotunities. Global organizations are as vehicles for the transfer of technology, especially to the developing countries. Non-profit organizations associated with global organizations are linked to the enormous resources that enable them to have a very efficient research and development systems. These organizations helps the non-profit organizations to shift their activities abroad, for instance, shifting of health services, highly technical, diagnostic, testing and medical advisory services.

In global health spending 2013, about 137 low and middle income countries participated giving its contribution almost 14% only. Whereas, high income countries provide a huge sum on medical spending globally. Every nation is participating in global technology world promoting and creating new technologies and upgrading the previous ones. Updated technology help sustain change best within such organizations. People operates the processes and systems keeping in mind the rapid changing technological environment. Health care services are improving efficiently and effectively. New technology based medical devices and equipments are useful in maintaining health among the society.
