Explanation / Answer

1. Replace expectations with plans.

For each and every project the expectations should be compatible to plans. While you form expectations that are not according to plan then result disappoints you.Because you can’t control the exact outcome. If you expect the negitive, it's feel too negative and closed-minded to notice opportunities. If you expect best, it's create a vision that’s hard to live up to.Always Focus on what you want to experience. The main thing is that what is in your hands is what you plan.

2. Prepare for different possibilities.

In every prohject the most difficult part of uncertainty, which is the inability and to plan and feel in control. Until you know where you are going to live, I can’t plan in best way to meet requirements. You have to make a list for what you want and what mekes it possible. Obviously the process doesn’t require much change.

3. Become a feeling observer.

The main thing is that speculation leads to feelings, which can lead to more speculation and then more feelings. It helps you to stop the process by recognizing the feeling—in that case, fear—and the reminding yourself. Because you can’t predict the future, but you have to create it by fostering positive feelings about the possibilities.
