            Competitive advantage is the ability of the organizations to do something better, faster, cheaper while comparing in the market with the rival organizations. It is anything which you do better than your competition which includes business capabilities. It is a superior ability or resource that allows one firm to out complete all others in some area.

          Unlike pipes, the materials are not innovated and pushed them out. They only allows the users to create the value and consume the value. At the platform the produce can produce the value and the consumer can consume the value in the layer of business

            Even though, the radical innovation comes with a failure with high risk, the organizations always plan for the radical innovation. It is strategically required, nurtured, and purposeful.

            A disruptive innovation is an innovation which tends to create a new market and the network value interrupting the existing market and the network value by relocating the well- known market leading organizations, products and alliances. Even if they are revolutionary not all the innovations are disruptive.
