The changes to the constitution will be in form of more power to the Governor over legislature so that he may not be reduced to a high powered lobbyist. The other is revision of mandate of budgetary constraints that leave little budget for spending on new initiatives. One more thing that can be changed is plural executive system that sometimes results in chaos because of independantly elected members and lack of control over them. Lastly the constitution as it is written way back in 1876 needs to be revamped to be relevant in the 21st century by removal of some dated provisions and replacement of them by the ones that suit the contemporary political scenario and meets the current needs of society.
