Question
By using microsoft excel and the solver ad in tool solve the question below:
Recent graduate and amateur world traveler Jan Himburg is planning a European trip. His preferences are influenced by his curiosity about urban culture in Europe and by his extensive study of international relations while in school. Accordingly, he has decided to make one stop in each of 12 European capitals in the time he has available. He wants to find a sequence of the cities that involves the least total mileage. He has calculated inter-city distances using published data on latitude and longitude, and applying the geometry for arcs of great circles. These distances are shown below.

Explanation / Answer
a. The name of the strategy Angelo has used is called Covered Call. Reason behind this is Angelo has short-term neutral view on the asset and he is deciding to make some money in the form of premium on call writing and through his holding in assets.
b. If stock rises to $70, he has to pay to call buyer (70-65)*500=$2500 and he has received premium of $ 5.75*500 = $2875 . So his net GAIN is 2875-2500=$375.
If stock rises to $100, he has to pay to call buyer (100-65)*500=$17,500 and he has received premium of $ 5.75*500 = $2875 . So his net LOSS is 17500-2875=$14625
