d.AD is more secure than other directory services.
e.Active Directory is very easy to manage and control.

g.The business can get value out of other application which the server may host like the sharepoint.
h.Provides the user with remote access remote access through Remote desktop Gateway
i.It gives the centralised DNS to the office

So using Active Directory will help the law firm in many ways.The firm can access it documents from anywhere when it is in the share.There is a ease of access for the employees.
