We can migrate the internal IT operations by designing a plan chart and then migrating the operations in steps where current model will be up and running while slowly and steadily we can keep migrating operations in steps to new model.This new model will also be up and running simultaneously till everything is migrated. After successful migration of all operation, we can ddecomission the old model.
