Why is it that some very successful product ideas and solutions come from the average consumer and not from the engineers in the research and development lab? Explanation / Answer

The above question is too good but in each and every time human has an idea either he is an engineer or doctor or customers. In the laboratory engineer can solve the problem because he is doing his work simultaneously. Researchers are doing same kind of task to research something.

Example : if I am writing a code for java program so I will use my all thinking to solve the problem because I know java language but if I am taking about customer he is only responsible to use my application only, he can't change, edit or write a code because he dnt know java language.

So in simple words yous we can say that customers always depends on product Developer or supplier.
