Marketing Plan for Airline:

- Airline industry is very competitive industry and it has many competitors in it. As you are management expert you have to identify your target and competitors in industry. It will be great to better know about the industry closely and identify the rival firm and based on them plan your marketing industry.

-   Make a clear strategy and focus on it that why your customer want to associate with you. Make clear that what makes your customer choose your service than other. Create a clear sight on your customer’s preference.

- When deciding the marketing strategy one thing needs to be clarified that who are your potential buyer and with whom you are competing.

- Airline is costly and very much high demanding industry where customers are precious assets of company and would be considered as precious people. Airline should have biggest customer base since it is customer based industry and would survive only if there is large customer base for their company.

- Marketing should create such strategy that would make your entry easy in market and would enter in competitive market easily. This strategy should hit on the target for company and should have to penetrate the market.
