The second-generation management is requiring implementing the system to make changes in the organization and to implement various structures by uplifting the knowledge. The top three principles for addressing the knowledge cycle are as likely (1) To check organization is good at all sectors, (2) Does the organization is lagging?& (3) A possible way to fulfill the knowledge gap. The organization's process needed to check about its feasibility in working standards, achievements and ability to maintain the goal. If it is found that, there remains any gap or lagging then it needs to be fixed in the organization in any way to fix the working process of the organization (Duncan, 1996 ). The organization issues not only comes from any external influences sometimes it needs to train the employees about the about the different knowledge life cycle and to fix any gap in the organization. The gap in the organization can lower the value of the organizational standards, so to maintain the better organizational standards it is always required excelling the knowledge life cycle of the employees to maintain the correct work balance in the organization.

To encourage the knowledge the four pillars of Knowledge Management are necessary to be implemented correctly so to improve the work quality of the organization. The knowledge pillars are Leadership, effective operations management, Updating technology and Learning process. The first approach is leadership qualities, which are quite important in the organization for getting the right focus for the organization to get the best outcome in the organization. The integral part that comes is the technology building and updating with the latest standards of work so to manufacture the best product and increase the skill to make a benchmark in the organization (Westerman, 2006).

The organization's operations are quite a major part to maintain the continuation of the work process and side by side, it maintains the organization growth and profit to sustain for the longer period. The organization perspective is always required to produce the best possible standards irrespective of qualities and always to follow the trends to make the organization stronger and it will uplift the growth of the business. The last major part is the organizations and employees training and learning process, which helps the organization to boost its standards and to build a global reputation with its work and the products, which will definitely bring the effectiveness to make the customers satisfied.
