The selected perspective is customer. In health care customer is the patient who visited the healthcare for treatement of medical problem.

Why is your chosen perspective important?- It isimportant because healthcare organization are setup for treating patient. No patient means no logic of having healthcare

What are the strengths of that perspective?- When ever customers will be satisfied with the organization they will visit the organization often.In this case if the patients are provided with proper diagnosis and most patients are cured thorugh the diagnosis of the hospital, they will visit it often and even refer to their circle.In healthcare setup acquiring loyal customers is necessity.

What are the limitations of that perspective?-If any customer dissatisfied with the service then they will first stop visiting the hospital and even convince their circle not to visit their.In healthcare dissatisfaction of a patient cost more to the organization.

If it is not managed correctly, how might it impact operations management?- The organization will be in deep trouble and in this case if the patients are not managed properly, it will bring significant issues in operation.
