my name is SIVA REDDY PODAPALA, hailed from India, to pursue my post graduation in Business Administration.

part II

i belongs to a traditional family, where my people are traditional business players in a small town. i want to explore the business to new highs by introducing innovative practices in it. for the reason i have joined in this course.

this is the course which taught us and provide knowledge us about over all business and the nature or conditions. i come to know various strategies for establshing a business, the kind of inputs and the sources, role and importance of stakeholders, the nature and kind of competitions, regulatory requirements, promotional strategies and importance and so on. it also taught us the funding procedures, sources of capital, preparation of book of records (accounts), the process of dealing with manpower and so on.

once i complete the degree, i am going to implement what ever i learned here in my family business. of cource i known that, everything is different and unique, the kind of problems faced in my business may unique. but i will create a customized solution for those by using my knowledge. my studies given me the confidence and knowledge to identify the problems and how to overcome those problems.

as i already said that, i need the inputs from my course, the faculty and their experiences, the ancient business people and thier openions, obstacles, problems and hurdles faced by those. it is a source of learning and chance to interact with great people like faculty and listen their experiences, at the same time interacting with more young minds, who are innovative and unique in nature. all it helps me to get more inputs in my interested area.

the faculty members, the peers and co-students, my friends in the college, all these comes under the support system.

each one give their support to me in different areas. faculty tatught me the lessons with thier experience, helps to learn new practices and innovative techniques, friends and co-students helps me to think in a different way, habituated to understand the perceptions of others, and so on. all these are important in the process of learning and there is chance to learn something from every one.

AIU network is offered by the Huston universtiy to understand the IT skills and with in-depth study of network administration. the students who are pursuing can become members in this network, the alumni can be continues in this network. each one can share, post their experences here, they can guide us in some areas where we strugled.
