Do you believe organisational leaders have a duty to adhere to ethical behaviour when crafting and executing strategy and what are the possible implications for not adhering to these behaviours. It also helps in driving business value which create a brand image to the public and can set as a bench standard for the corporates .Thus business leaders have key strategic role in designing the ethical practise and developing organisation culture.
One such typical case study is from Apple who takes serious action against their contract manufacturers who breach their contract by providing substandard employment working and life environment for their labours. By taking stringent action against them Apple has provened their brand quality and their commitment towards society.
