Human Resource Management adds value to the firm. If the staff and managers of the organization are managed propely, it will lead to the success of the organization. Human Resource are involved in the production process and if they are trained properly can add value to the organization in the form of production of good quality products and thus increased sales.

Human resource acts as an interface between the firm and the customers.If they are trained properly, they add value to the organization by keeping the customers satisfied and increase in sales of the firm.

Proper Human Resource management can add vaue to the firm in the below mentioned ways :

Marginal Utility Analysis

Marginal Utility is the change in the utility or satisfaction of the consumer with the consumption of one additional unit of that good service. As the management spends more on the training of the human resource and manage them properly, the satisfaction level of the human resource as well as that of the customers keep increasing. Thus it is justifiable to spend on human resource management.
