The below is to inform our valued consumers and general public about our Code of Non-Discrimination/ Conduct policies.

Press Release to Valued Our Consumers and the Public

Subject: Updates to Code of Non-Discrimination/ Conduct

To Our Valued Consumers and the Public,

Since the day Nike was establish in 1964, we have focused on providing our employees with a safe and non-discriminatory working environment. We strive to provide the best in athletic apparel and equipment but to also to provide a place where our employees fell they can flourish.

What We Stand For:

“Sport unites us and empowers us to be better, no matter how you look, what you
believe or what language you speak.” We at Nike do not discriminate against any disability or religions.

Each employee that is hired is given a Code of Non-Discrimination/ Conduct manual, which then is reviewed with a person from our HR Department and any questions that come up are then addressed and clarified so that everyone that works with Nike understands our policies. If there are any new updates to the policies, after an employee has been hired, seminar are done during work hours to update everyone regarding these changes.

WE also offer an “Open Door Policy” where all employees are encouraged to freely discuss any issues that they feel with upper management and/ or a person from our HR Department.

In closing, we are passionate about creating a quality product but equally to provide a safe and healthy place for our employees to grow and help us with our vision. Simply Nike will never be afraid to “Just DO it”.

Thank you,

Mark Parker
