Explanation / Answer

Ethics means what is right or wrong in the context of values , beliefs, mindsets , judgement related to every aspects of life. For example: A good manager should support his subordinates whenever they face any difficulty. It will be an ethical conduct. If , a teacher will take private tution rather giving lecturers in the class room then it will be against the norms and unethical conduct.  

In terms of entrepreneurship, ethical and value based behavior will be to commercialize a new or genuine ideas related to opening a new venture.

In my view , to improve someone else's idea into a new business operations will not be unethical one. As , it will help many people like customers , suppliers , government etc.

In terms of ethical mindset to entrpreneruslialism , it will be better to take suggestions or feedback from the generator of the original business idea. This will keep us free from any disputes like copyright, patent , trademark etc.
