I think this is the best option among these 4 options.

Maintain a sheet of website along with user ID and password and store them securly.

If you go with option A. IF anyone knows your one account password it is easy for them to login to other website also. It will be very risky.

For B we cannot remember many passwords.

For D change 2 to 3 characters for password means me may not be remember all the passwords
