However, the major paradox that impacts the team’s characteristics is the fact that since the employees work together as team in spite of various different specializations, on the part of the management, it becomes difficult to assess the performance of the individual as such than that of the whole team. Owing to this paradox, the reward decision that is to be conferred to each individual in the Organization becomes a complex activity.
