CRITICAL THINKING QUESTIONS:-

Ans 1- The types of job which is best suited for flexible timing and office location are those in which the puclic or client dealing in not present and in which the paperwork is not there or is very less ,beacuse if a job contains puclic or client meeting so the employee should meet them at office in a formal manner which is right on time and on right place. which is not possible in flexible working hours or work from home. This opprtunity shouldbe given to those employees whose past working records were quite well i.e thye have a professional manner in handling their work without compromising the performance. But in some cases the past records states poor quality work status so for such employees the chances of degrading the performance even more is high.so such employees need guidance most of the time so for such employees flexible working hours and work from home want bring any postive result.

ANS 2- In my opinion the use of self managed teams is easier to achieve work life balance because in such case the work is distributed among different employees of the team based on their skills so it is easy to work as a team rather than working alone,In working as a team the team members can compensate the time of the other employee who is unable to give time due to some family or medical issues without compromising the work. They can help each other whenever required in emergency situations.
