2)visibility into the workflow: As per given scenario FreshDirect has insight into its business processes.visibility into the workflow meant that the exact location of orders should known at any given moment as well as who is in charge. The logistics chain maintaions all records and suppose if any mistakes are recorded they can resolve.For example exception screens provide visibility because they alert employees when a delivery vehicle is significantly behind schedule so that they can adjust accordingly.

3)SAP ERP system allows staff to access internal database, analyze order chains. The main ting is that infrastructure connects inventory, billing and delivery allows create and view financial reports,orders, and control production.With SAP ERP Managers are also easily identify problems like delivary issues and missing products in an order.
