Apart from opening these ports, we have to also open the incoming ports which will be needed for remote access. Usually ssh and telnet are used for remote access. SSH uses port 22 TCP and telnet uses port 23 TCP. So, opening these 2 ports in the router for incoming connection will be helpful for remote access.
