In case of Carrie, she believes that rigidity in the management framework, coupled strict discipline can help her maximize the productivity through her employees. Although it may help her achieve the desired results to a great extent, Carrie would still fail to establish a conducive place for her employees to enjoy working in. Lack of flexibility in job makes the job uninteresting for any employee. Their attitudes towards the job shall be either negative or indifferent. In addition, Carrie shall also be unable to avail the willing cooperation from her employees at work because there shall be no scope for the employees to put forth their suggestions and feedback to make the system more satisfactory for them.
