The purpose of this business export plan is to ensure that the expansion of the current business is done efficiently and effectively. The main purpose of the business plan is to ensure that the product that will be exported is according to the demand of the foreign country and has a potential to grow.

Part 3: Executive Summary:

This business export plan answers and builds a roadmap that has to be followed to export machinery and other equipment to the Republic of India in an efficient and effective manner. It also aims at discussing the ways through which the cost of the company can be reduced so that the resources can be utilized in the foreign country to build brand value, name and public trust.

Part 4: Research

The product that will be exported to India will be manufacturing machinery. This item is specifically selected because most of the consumer goods that are consumed in India are imported via China. If the company can reduce the manufacturing cost of Indian Suppliers then it will be beneficial for everyone. i.e. Company, Supplier and Consumers.

India is the world's largest republic and has a population of 1.2 Billion people. It gained freedom from British on 15th August 1947 after a 200-year struggle. India has many cultures, languages and other diversities within itself and thus each part of India is totally different than others. Seeing the market potential, growing economy, easier rules for foreign investment, India was selected as the location of the business.

India has many cultures within but each and everyone is welcoming of anyone who supports and promotes their lifestyle. India is a favourable country to run a business from due to many factors such as increasing education level, cheap labour cost etc. Under the Indian law, it is mandatory to register for GST for tax purposes and no foreign company can own a company in India with a 100% stake. there is a requirement for local partnership. This partnership should be in existence before the company sets up its roots in India.
