Cultural consideration is surely a major factor when setting up any business shop in India. Cultural aspect would include things like ethnicity, race, religion, language, customs etc. In India, religious and caste favoritism can be seen even in private employment sector as well. Any corporate body thinking to establish in India must understand its culture and people expectations and company performance is also to a certain degree affected by the type of people inside company at various designations and the company overall trust and acceptability in the market and among people.
