have a bachelor degree in computer science but my job is not related to this field. I work at United Postal Service as a rural carrier.

Q1. As a employee of the shopping center. Firstly i will apologise to the customer for not having product currently available right now. After that i will ask for the contact details so that whenever the product is available i can send customer a message regarding product is available. Also if we have other branch of shopping center I'll tell customer to visit other stores also.
Q2. Difference between job and career:
For a individual person job is something which a person do just for earning money. Job is not your passion and sometime it does not require any education field qualifications also. As a time wise Job is a short term. Job is something which you are not serious of and you are just doing for earring moeny.
Career is to aim and work for long period of time. Career is not chosen just sake of money. Career is the work which a individual user like and its his passion and wants to do for the whole life. Career requires special kind of skill set which you are learning at college or skill set is being provide by the the company.
Choosing career is a important thing, so for choosing a better career here are three important things to remember:
1. What is your interest.
2. What will be your future and evolution of your skills
3. Number of job available and is it good for in terms of finance
