Insert into OPTIONAL_EQUIPMENT(1121,'LCD SCREEN',35000);

Here 1121 is the vin_id,m mention here the vin_id as you entered in the table CAR. I have just given an example vin_id.

And the LCD SCREEN is the option name i.e. in cars we can choose our own options which we want here I have mentioned Lcd screen as option and its price is 35000.

In this record it doesn't violate any constraints because only vin_id is the one which is having connection to other table i.e. vin_id is referenced in OPTIONAL_EQUIPMENT table from CAR table so we need to mention vin_id as the same entries in CAR table otherwise constraint will be violated.
