I just started learning C# this week and it's different from the other programming languages I've learned and I need help with this assignment. I could use some help on how to get started. For this assignment you have to make a membership form that gets:

Number of Family members who want a membership.

Names of Family members. ( This can be a textbox as it is unimportant)

Types of memberships ( using a checkbox)

Number of months to sign up for.

Then the output which displays

Cost of membership per month

Cost for total number of months chosen.
