How to build a Single Page responsive Website with multiple virtual pages: 1 physical page with 3-4 virtual pages.

1. Navigation bar [includes 4 links to the virtual pages] has to be always on the top (fixed position) when in desktop view.

2. In mobile view, navigation bar callapses into a menu bar (e.g. the hamburger icon sort of) upon clicking, it reopens the menu links. It means when the browser resizes, for example, 640 px, it should hide the navigation bar into a menu which allow users to click it to reopen the links.

3. Include a landing page with a background image that can be scale and possibly a button to take users to the next virtual page.
