The drones are actually military purpose aerial vehicles, but these days some companies are using them to enhance their business. They can be small as well as large in size.
The risk of product liability is significant. The technological aspects of drones can lead to product malfunction, exposing manufacturers, designers, and insurers to liability for losses resulting from identified defects, either in the drone itself or the computer technology within it. Such litigation is liable to be complex and costly. requiring the identification of specific relevant cause and determination of whether such liability, should rest with the manufacturer, the programmer, the operator or combination of these.
Steps to make a drone or scheduling of drone production -
1) Making the Frame
2) Propellers, Electronic speed controllers and Motors
3) Assemble the motors
4) Mount the electronic speed controllers
5) Add the landing gear
6) Flight Contoller
7) Choosing a right RC TX(Transmitter) RX(Receiver)
8) Add the flight controller to the drone.
9) Connect the open pilot to your drone.
10) Check out and test your drone.

Say, we are interested inmaking a high-rise drone with the aim of capturing amazing of the city. A drone can capture those exact view from any height in the sky and in any direction. It can capture high-resolution photos. Using new photo-mapping software Pix4D, we can make exact 3-D model of the view and the adjacent buildings.
As, the construction begins, capturing aerial progress videos and images are easy, inexpensive and quick. Unlike manned aircrafts, UAVs(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) can capture videos along with photos from any height, angle, in much greater detail and all in a few minutes. UAV’s also are great for inspecting hard to reach places quickly and safely.
For the design considerations, the energy required for the propulsion of the UAVs should be renewable sources of energy. The renewable energy sources evaluated for long endurance UAV applications include solar energy, hydrogen fuel cells and energy storage sources such asbatteries and super capacitors.
Another aspect that should be considered is the control system. Autonomous control system is of paramount importance for safe and successful operation of drones when operated out of sight ranges.
Following enrgy sources and combinations are considered for drones:
Lithium Polymer Batteries(Li-Po)
Super Capacitors (SC)
Photo Voltaic Cells(PC)
Hydrogen fuel Cells
The maker of the drone has to give clear guidance and will need to test with weight and shape of the drone, the environmental conditions it can withstand, The maker also need to ensure that the production is compliant with design specifications, that the installed technology is kept updated and suitable to ensure safe, trackable navigation away from people, property and other aerial vehicles.
The software will need cyber protection in the drone, so it should be capable of withstanding hacking.
