The industry chosen is FMCG, that can do the research to reach out the target groups in U.S and penetrate in the reagions and markets that do not yet have the presence. Though the industry is highly competitive with major multinational players like Unilever and Reckitt Benckiser already having a strong presence and penetration however that shouldnt deter the companies from entering this segment.

Companies like Colgate that struglle due to a lot of pressure from health and regulatory agencies, should work on enhancing the brand image gaining greater confidence among the existing target group. They should enable a deeper penetration into the markets. The major intervention has to be with respect to compliance with the standards and policies, once the ground is set clear it is crucial that the right target group is reached out through the right communication media and channel.
