Here is the solution, do give me a thumbs up if this helps!
Airline :Air India
A friendly check-in experience is determined by the ease with which osmebody who has no idea of how to check in is able to check in due to the well documented and easy to use interface. Some of the dsign flaws are that the categories of check in are not well arranged. The software roadmap of the kiosk is not clear. Would add the feature where somebody who will fly as a student or an army child doesn't need to go to the counter ot check in.
Mobile device : One plus 5
